Uti Infrastructure Advantage - Series I-g

On the way to the workplace of the future


In the fall of 2010, we have decided to HMP us unser Wissen zum Thema Unified Communications zu vertiefen und haben eine Online Befragung mit insgesamt 225 Entscheidungsträgern österreichweit durchgeführt. (Anmerk.: Report Artikel, 2011-01, Firmenkommunikation in Österreich). Die Eindeutigkeit des Ergebnisses hat selbst uns überrascht. Es ergab sich klar, daß Unified Communications in den österreichischen Chefetagen als im Besonderen als Möglichkeit zur Prozessverbesserung und Beschleunigung derselben gesehen wird – was jetzt per se noch keine große Überraschung ist.

Gefreut hat uns besonders, wie tiefgehend sich das Thema bereits in den Köpfen der Unternehmenschefs and has fixed decision makers and that Unified Communications aufscheint short to medium term, the investment radar of Austrian companies.

A very likely interpretation of this result is that many already are wracking their heads in order to find an answer on how to deal with communication within the company. How do you manage the different communication patterns of employees "to bring under one roof" - in other words, how to build a bridge between the often-Email / SMS / social media-heavy communication behavior of young and usually more on personal contacts constructive cooperation of older generations. Each of with some regularity, "but please speak to one another" preach, knows what I'm talking about here.

Who bears with these or similar thoughts, already has the need for Unified Communication for himself and his company recognized and the path taken towards the workplace of the future.

It turns out that the world - companies have begun to introduce new and existing forms of cooperation - and so of course in Austria Ways of working to change long term. Topping the list are such time and place, remote working, even under the keyword "mobile working", but also jobs that are specific to the needs of high potential such as the right part-time jobs for managers. bring

In order productivity and revenue with the changing communications needs and greater flexibility of staff under one roof, it needs specific structural change in the company. Who wants to face the workplace of the future will not come help but the one or the other culture change in communication habits, both internally and with to meet with customers and partners.
