Unified Communications spielt bei vielen Unternehmen aktuell noch eine untergeordnete Rolle – wird aber in den kommenden Monaten zu einem immer wichtigeren Thema. Das ist das Ergebnis einer von Frost & Sullivan und dem Hersteller Aastra veröffentlichten Studie.

The "UC Channel Survey 2010" was published by ICT specialists Aastra in cooperation with the consulting firm Frost & Sullivan. Europe took part 169 companies, 15 percent of them are from Austria.
